Explosive Gas Attacks in Europe The degree of planning and organisation by some of the gangs using explosive gas to target ATMs in Europe was recently acknowledged by Germany’s BKA in an article published by Deutsche Welle. In addition to planning escape routes and methods a recent alleged criminal group also had a cellular phone jamming device to delay reporting of the crime.
